If you purchase a vehicle on Ebay and are considering using Express Auto Transport THINK TWICE. Never have I experienced worse customer service than what I received from them. After placing my order I paid the full amount of the quote and was told my car would be picked up as soon as a truck could be "dispatched". I could not get my car picked up after fifteen days and canceled the order. I was told it takes seven to ten business days to process my refund. Nowhere in their contract does it state this. I made three phone calls to speak with the manager of the accounting department but could never get past voice mail. I left three messages and never got a call back. Out of frustration I called my credit card company and filed a complaint to get my money back. BofA was great and refunded my money the next day. It has now been more than one month and Express has still not refunded my money back to BofA.

If you want nothing more than lip service, lies and to be totally jerked around go ahead and use these people. If this is not your idea of a good time you should definately use a different transport company!
