There is only one way we have found to keep 100% Positive feedback in ebay and that is to treat every customer you have from the bottom to the top "like gold".  Because, in essence they really are.  I have found that even though ebay is full of thousands of seller, many times selling very similar if not the same products; customers will come back to YOU if you treat them right. 

Yes, sometimes this means taking a loss
Yes, sometimes this means letting somebody think they are right, when they are wrong.
And Yes, sometimes it takes a lot of your time to help your sellers out.

So Why Go Above and Beyond if it is so much trouble.

Because sometimes,

Customers will tell there friends
Customers will feel that you treated them special
Customers buy from you again
Customers leave wonderful feedback
Customers become loyal to you as a Quality eBay seller

We have had out ups and downs but our loyal customer base has carried us through it all and were still here!
