I currently sell Men's Etro shirts and pants.  I receive a lot of questions about Etro sizing.  The pants tend to run true to size in the waist but are thinner thru the thigh area.  They have long inseams and work well for tall men or will need to be hemmed.   The following information is from the Etro US store and from my husband's experience wearing Etro pants.
