54 cm=20.5 in=6 5/8

55 cm=21 in=6 3/4

56 cm=21.5 in=6 7/8

57 cm=22 in=7

58 cm=22.5 in=7 1/8

59 cm=23 in=7 1/4

60 cm=23.5 in=7 3/8

61 cm=24 in=7 1/2

62 cm=24.5 in=7 5/8

63 cm=25 in=7 3/4

Measure your head just above the eyebrows with a cloth measuring tape or a piece of string that you can measure with a yard stick.  Convert the inches or centimeters measured into a hat size from this chart.  Some helmet manufacturers use these standard measurements to label the sizes as XS, S, M, L, or XL. Use the chart on the helmet box or label to determine the manufacturer's size conversion.
