Ok, so you want to find a REAL testimonial about Ephedrasil Hardcore because you want to get SOMETHING that might work! Well, let me first say that I have tried everything out there. Pretty much anything you can buy at GNC - no help there, and several things on the internet. I lost a TON of weight on phenterimine - it does work, if you can stand the 2 or 3 weeks before the side effects ware off - they really SUCK. But, my body got used to the pills and they no longer worked. So, I gained about half of the weight back and I was on the hunt again for something that works.
Ephedrasil actually worked!!! Now, I didn't see the euphoric state that the website claims, (it did make me a little dizzy, but that went away after the first couple of days) but it does suppress your appetite AND it gave me energy so working out was easier too! The pills did NOT make my heart race, or keep me awake at night - and I have trouble sleeping most of the time. I lost about 15 pounds on the first bottle - and that is really good for me! I have about 10 -15 more to lose to get to that "goal" weight, so I got another bottle today, after trying Rapid Slim SX for a month - which didn't work as well for me.
So far on this life changing journey I have lost a total of 35 pounds. If you want to know how besides diet pill help - trust me, they are about a quarter of the process - read on...
Diet: This may sound CRAZY but I reduced my calorie intake to 800 a day. There is debate on this issue, but I got my doctors ok first. Count EVERY calorie! I made sure I ate 200 at breakfast, and no more than 200-250 at dinner, this leaves 400 for lunch and a snack. This sounds hard, but it really isn't! This is what I eat:
Breakfast - a cup of Total (or some other low sugar/calorie type) be sure to watch the serving size!!! Measure it out. With SKIM milk. OR I would have those little packets of oatmeal, if I was really hungry - they really fill you up and work great as a meal later too if you went overboard somewhere through the day. That's 200. I know alot of people say they don't eat breakfast, and most of those people are overweight! Your metabolism won't work properly if you don't eat right, and you may still lose weight, but you will be burning muscle, and look worse! (Been there, done that!)
Lunch- For lunch I usually have a sandwich. Use the low calorie (not low 'fat') bread in a whole grain. I LOVE the Sarah Lee Oatmeal - it's flavor is great. Any kind of meat is fine, but again don't PILE it on. Add some lettuce - (pile that on!) or anyother veggie. Take it easy on the condiments (unless it's mustard). If a sandwich isn't your thing, then just eat something low cal, low sugar. Just be sure to COUNT!!!
Dinner - Dinner is the easiest for me. I just go and pick out my favorite pre-made frozen dinner and add a salad! You are at about 250-300 usually. If I have something that is 320, I just skip a snack or something. As long as I keep it 800 or under a day, I KNOW I'll keep losing! Seriously, at first you will see about a pound a day gone if you do this!
Working Out
Weight training is the way to go to lose weight! You only need to walk for aerobic benefits - not kill yourself (and your joints) in some boot camp whip your butt class! Aerobic activity is great for you - do it! But, start a weight training program if you want to look really great.
Here's what you do. Go online and find a weight training program that will work the major muscle groups. Make sure you are doing it right - this makes ALL the difference!!! Form and breathing is everything!!!
Once you have found something that feels right for you - do it! But here's the thing, most programs say do 2 sets of 12 or something - but when you are starting out, just do one set till you have exhausted that muscle. The muscle will burn and you won't be able to do one more - that is when you will begin to build that lean beautiful muscle! Later when you get stronger, you can start your routine from the beginning to see some real definition! By the way, you CAN do this everyday if you want to. If you want to do every other day then get out and walk - FAST for as long as you can.
This is what I have been doing for the past 4 months. I have lost a total of 30 pounds (165 to 135), and I have muscle definition that has been buried since I was in my 20's! I went from about a size 13/14 to a size 9. I have lifted my butt to (almost) where it should be; I'll be 40 soon, so I don't expect miracles, I have gotten rid of the upper arm gigglies, my legs are looking sexy again, and that dreaded back fat roll is GONE! PLUS, here's the best part... the cellulite has just about completely disappeared! And I had it BAD. They say you can't get rid of it, but that is BS! I don't just wear a smaller size - I look good in my clothes. And I FEEL so, so, so much better!!! I am a middle aged woman, c-section scar, terrible arthritis (nearing knee replacement) with a body that wants to carry weight in the butt, thighs and belly. This worked for me! I didn't need to join a gym, I didn't need to get on some food delivery service, or join a weight loss club. I did these 3 things:
Kept my calories down. Started weight training. Got a scale and a tape measure to track progress (this is more important than you think).
