Yet again, it has come to our attention that haunted adventures is negatively mentioned within a blog on the Internet, which has been circulated via a certain seller and buyers mailing list. Now we're being accused of harassment, intimidation tactics and even criminal activity in order to boost our eBay sales, which is completely ridiculous and without merit.

Please let me assure all who may read this, that the purpose of this guide is to defend our name and the names of the other sellers on the Metafraud bloggers' Hall of Shame list that has been ridiculed, slandered, called filthy names and - for one -even had personal pictures of their home and children posted on said blog.  The seller TM/MM openly admits to being involved in the posting on the Metafraud blog. She brags about it on another site, SHAME ON YOU!

With the exception of one, all the sellers on the list have had a certain buyer, T/C purchase from them, and this buyer, T/C left glowing feedback for each seller. Without exception, this buyer, T/C purchases from a seller, leaves wonderful feedback, moves on to another seller, and then proceeds to slander, abuse, threatened, and defame the previous seller she bought from. In our case, evident by our feedback's of August 8 and 21st, September 26 and November 2nd, all in 2007. I believe we made it onto the list of shame because of the buyers, T/C personal vendetta against us! 

TM/MM and T/C maintain that we are linked to another blog, which exposes the discrepancies involving the seller TM/MM. PROVE IT!! No one can say we are in any way involved with the rebuttal blog, because WE ARE NOT! We have no connection whatsoever to the blog! 

If you were truly psychic, you WOULD KNOW that we have NOTHING to do with the blog! 

Have I viewed the blog? Of course I have, just as probably every other falsely accused seller on the shame of list. I will say that I found the ghost buster blog quite an eye opener, and that the seller, TM/MM, perhaps brought it on herself with her negativity. She states she is relatively new eBay, less than a year, but the blog about her certainly suggests differently. If one feels the need to lie, it does make you wonder.

Those who know me, understand it if I have something to say, I will, without a doubt, say it to you directly. I do not feel the need to hide behind an anonymous blog. I have posted here before, and I will continue to do so in this open format. I do not condone negativity nor will I promote it.

We have been accused of shill bidding. Anyone who has purchased from us knows that almost all our offerings are listed as buy it now, best offer or fixed price. There is NO possibility at all for shill bidding on such listings! When we do occasionally post an auction, you can clearly see that shill bidding does not take place. 

Now let's take a look at second chance offers. Have any of our buyers received second chance offers?  NO,  they have not, but I can assure you that many of the buyers of the seller in question, TM/MM, have received second chance offers. Why do you think that is? When you bid up or pad your bid, this gives the seller and her co-conspirator the opportunity to take advantage of your padded bid. Sometimes, the seller will contact you to tell you "the original winner backed out of the transaction" or "I feel this magickal should be placed with you instead of the winning bidder." Has this happened to you! I AM SURE IT HAS! 

I would like to take this opportunity to suggest to buyers, DO NOT PAD YOUR BID! If you feel strongly drawn to a particular magickal, then bid at the end of the auction. If you are out-bid, it was not meant to be, and continue your search. This will stop this illegal practice here on ebay! This applies as well to auctions that have multiple retracted bids. They are trying to find out what you maximum bid is!

I assure you that I'm not saying that any seller who offers a second chance is shill bidding. There are legitimate reasons why a buyer may be forced to back out of an auction. I am writing here about the seller in question, TM/MM, the seller who is so negative towards others. She claims a group of sellers are against her guides. I can't speak for any other seller but the negativity she projects in her guides most certainly turns me off.  Her guides specifically and categorically target and cover just about every seller in some respect within the meta category. I have a choice to read or not to read her guides and now choose to ignore them. 

It is my belief that buyers are an intelligent group of people who do their own research and ask questions before bidding. This seller,TM/MM, seems to be inferring just the opposite, that buyers need HER to tell them what is right or wrong. She does not state that are guides are her opinions - she states that if it isn't according to her advisement -  it is wrong! 

These two women ,buyer T/C and seller TM/MM, also write that they will see us in court. Yes, they certainly will: BUT as defendants!

Update, the evidence is overwhelming and justice will prevail in due time.

We have been bullied and slandered long enough. We have NOT and we REFUSE to conduct ourselves as they have by writing blogs and posting everywhere they can on the Internet. These practices are second grade antics. 

All we have done is blocked this buyer from bidding with us since the end of November of 2007. She is almost psychotic in her need for attention. We personally choose not to waste our time on such attention hungry women. 

Again, anyone and especially the seller TM/MM, and this buyer T/C - who claims that we have any link to the True Truth Tellers blog is delusional! We have NOT and WILL NOT post to the blog - period. I know for a fact that not a single seller on their pathetic shame list is connected to that blog. Most of us are longtime meta sellers who respect each others beliefs - even if they might tend to differ from those of our own. These two women, T/C and TM/MM, and any who post with them need positive energy sent their way, as they are filled with hate, anger, and rage. 

Apparently when this seller's, TM/MM,  falsehoods were presented through the True Truth Tellers blog, she claimed sellers were sending e-mails, slandering her and giving directions to the blog about her. She has also accused us of hacking into her website. Anyone who knows us knows that I am not computer savvy. This is another attempt for a pity party! 

Has anyone received an e-mail of this nature from us? NO, they have not! Because we have ignored these two women up until this time. 

Has anyone received an e-mail from us saying you were going to be cursed? No, you have not because we do not cursed anyone, it is not our way! 

However, there are real emails with headers in the possession of certain sellers that showed this seller TM/MM, and this buyer, T/C have done what they are accusing everyone else of doing!

Both the seller, TM/MM, and buyer, T/C, claim they have been stalked. It is us that has been stalked and have the emails to prove it! 

Have we threatened anyone as they claimed?. NO, we have not. This buyer, T/C, has personally threatened us with the FBI and she claims her husband is a sheriff in NJ. Perhaps his superiors should be told that one have his officer's wives cannot control her anger and rage, makes false accusations, stalks people on ebay, and exposes a child to real danger by posting said child's picture and home on a blog ,as well as writing a guide here on ebay. (since removed from eBay, but do have a copy of it) that evidenced the child's name and address. Maybe his superior needs to know she is using his power and badge as a threat. Yes, also have hard copy on this! 

Am I intimidated by either of these women? NO, I am not. I have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong to either the seller TM/MM or the buyer T/C. Yes, this buyer and seller continue to personally slander us on a comment section of their blog. It's a pretty sad day when they choose to pick on a 72-year-old woman who doesn't have an unkind word for anyone. A woman as dear as Gran should not be treated in this manner! First a child and then an elderly woman, with a smattering of trustworthy sellers tossed in, HAVE THESE TWO WOMEN NO DECENCY AT ALL?

Do I despise these women and those that choose to post with them? NO, I do not. I truly feel sorry for them. Their lives must really be lacking any real substance if they feel the need to waste so much time being hateful and pointing fingers at sellers who continue to conduct themselves as women of integrity, ignoring those who abuse and falsely accuse them. 

I find it most interesting that everything C and M accuse the list of sellers of doing or having done, THEY HAVE DONE TO ALL OF US!

I believe that every seller has the right to practice the way they choose. We all have our own belief systems. I find it highly unethical to call another practitioner a fake or fraud for following a different path than the one they follow. We ALL have the right to follow our own personal choices. It is not right for any seller to claim her beliefs has the one and only way, while at the same time condemning anyone who may differ with her.

I will be writing another guide shortly that will focus on this buyer, T/C, with regard to a ring that she purchased from us as a Buy It Now (no shill bidding as accused) how that ring found its way back to us around two months ago. It has since BLESSED a woman who was in dire financial need, by providing her with a winning lottery ticket in the amount of $50,000.00. Pictures of the ring and the winning ticket will be posted on our about me page. This ring will never be offered again. It will remain within our family. It will never be DISRESPECTED again!

I am sure once this guide is known, there will be more written about us and we will again be here in the guides, for all to see.
