By now you are well aware of Ebay's "NEW STAR FEEDBACK RATINGS" for sellers. I believe this is a one way street!! If you sell on Ebay you have to go through a "test" to see if you make the grade with your buyers, being rated with stars on Item as described, Communication, Shipping time and Shipping and handling charges.

I really don't mind the new star system because I have always been honest in my listings, contact my buyers by name, ship the next day and I have to charge shipping that factors in my supplies, time, and gas. Feel free to contact my buyers and they will tell you what I have said is the truth!! As far as shipping time is concerned if I ship the next day (and I usually do)  I always use delivery confirmation so I can track a item once I have shipped it to a buyer. I should not be rated on "SHIPPING TIME" because I have no control over USPS, UPS, FedEx, or what any other carrier does when I have put a item it in there hands!

Now to the part that is going to make some people ill as a hornet...what about a "STAR" SYSTEM FOR BUYERS??  I have some deadbeat buyers that will bid at the last second of my auction and they know they won, but it takes them 9 to 14 day's to pay! Why did Ebay just make the new ratings for sellers and not the buyers? I believe its about time Ebay took a hard look at this system because what's fair for one should apply to everyone, sellers and buyers alike!! Look at my "ME" page I wrote this almost a year ago!!
