Ever noticed how the times on ebay dont match your time? Strange huh?
It turns out Ebay is based on Pacific Standard time. So if you did not know this, you could end up missing your auctions by a few hours if you are not on Pacific time.
Here is the time zone conversion.
If it is 3:00 Eastern Time
It is 2:00 Central Time
It is 1:00 Mountain Time
It is 12:00 Pacific Time
Here is a live clock converter listed on my website to make things a little easier for us all.

In addition to Pacific Time Zone, Ebay uses a 24 hour clock, which is similar to military time.
So that means
00:00 = 12:00am | 01:00 = 1:00 am | 02:00 = 2:00 am
03:00 = 3:00 am | 04:00 = 4:00am | 05:00 = 5:00 am
06:00 = 6:00 am | 07:00 = 7:00am | 08:00 = 8:00 am
09:00 = 9:00 am | 10:00 = 10:00am | 11:00 =11:00 am
12:00 = 12:00 pm | 13:00 = 1:00pm | 14:00 = 2:00 pm
15:00 = 3:00 pm | 16:00 = 4:00 pm | 17:00 = 5:00 pm
18:00 = 6:00 pm | 19:00 = 7:00 pm | 20:00 = 8:00 pm
21:00 = 9:00pm | 22:00 = 10:00 pm | 23:00 = 11:00 pm
When you are calculating pm time, just subtract 12 and then that converts it to regular time.
15:00 - 12:00 = 3:00 pm
