Ok,

So, you just bought some shiznit on Ebay.

All you know is you transferred your money from somewhere, to that seller.

So, now when should you expect it?

Is the seller going to contact you to let you know it has been shipped?

How do you verify the shipping status, without waiting for a response from your seller thru email?

Most sellers will respond to you when contacted, but each and every email takes time, so sometimes it may be a day or 2 before you get a response from your seller.

As sellers, we have to find the products, create listings, schedule listings, package items, ship items, move $$$, communicate w/buyers if a problem or question arise.

It sounds ez, but it is time consuming.

When you buy something from a seller, and you are looking for an approximate time of delivery, First and foremost, look at the handling time.

Most of the time it is in the 2-3 day range. That means it will be shipped 2-3 days later from your time of purchase.

Shipping time depends on the courier, shipping zones, and service.

If you paid for a Priority delivery, that's usually 2-3 days domestic delivery.

If you paid for Parcel Post, that's usually 2-9 days.

So, let's say you ordered something on Mon. night from a buyer who promises their handling time to be 3 days.

Let's say that item is being shipped thru Parcel Post mail. First, add your 3 days handling time, that brings your item to Post Office on Thursday. Now add (worst case scenario based on far-away shipping zones) your 9 days for shipping Parcel Post. Hey, and don't forget Sunday's don't count. U know they don't work on Sunday's. So that brings you all the way to 14 days later. 2 Mondays later it should be there.

Are you thnking your buyer forgot about you around the 7th day, well I have a way for you to check immediately day, or night.

Go to your transaction page. U know the page with the listing that you bid on. On the left side towards the top of that page, there are a few highlighted links. The one you need to click on is: View Order Details.

The View order Details page is beautiful, all the info you need is right there.

Towards the bottom there is shipping info. If your item has been shipped, it will say so, AND have your tracking #.

All you have to do is click on that tracking # and it opens up your current shipping status.

That's all we do as Sellers, just go to that page and pass the same info to you.

The awesome thing, is you can do that yourself!!!

So, if on the 4th, 5th, day etc. if you yon't see that info, then you might want to contact your seller, and say,

Hey, where's my shiznit? LOL

So, save everyone some time, and use the tools Ebay provides us, and buy....A Bunch Of Shiznit,
