Pay Pal and Ebay both botched my simple complaint that I "couldn't get ahold of one of my vendors" and thought she may be in the hospital or something. I tried to use their system but all it did was severely complicate the issue, and embarass me to heck, and really upset my poor vendor. She doesn't have a clue as to what THAT was all about. I do.
These Two Entities here, really need to FIX their complaint system, to include a Minor Complaint Issues section, so one doesn't have to accidently alarm their vendors about small confusions that need to be addressed.
These Automated Complaint Notices are in such bad taste and are totally impossible, and cause alot of bad feelings and fear of (whatever).
There is NO PLACE to have MINOR COMPLAINTS received and evaluated.
My sympathies to everyone caught up in THAT baloney!
