This is an actual guide to Easton Press World's 100 Greatest Books Ever written, not just a listing of the books.  There are actually 125 books produced for the 100 Greatest Books Ever Written.  The series originally started in 1975.  Here is the current list of the 100 plus Greatest Books Ever Written in numerical order starting with the first book published for the series.  Easton Press currently charges $44.20 with shipping and handling for each book.  Only a few titles are in stock at one time.   Some titles are out of stock for six months, while other titles are out of stock for several years.  It could take 7-10 years to obtain every book.  Easton Press will remove any books you do not want from the series.  It is possible to purchase individual titles directly from customer service. Price
Easton Press tried to increase the price of this series a few years ago to $45.75 per book.  They eventually lowered the price back to $44.20 because of the huge following this series has.  Easton Press started increasing prices on several other series in 2006/2007 and this series will probably have a price increase in the near future.  You should order at least one book from this series if you have ever thought about subscribing to the series to lock in the lower price.  Easton Press used to guarantee the lower price for a limited time if you were an existing subscriber. 

How to Receive Faster Shipping
It may take several weeks for your order to arrive if you purchase an individual book from the series.  It also takes other books ordered from Easton Press several weeks to arrive.  This is because book orders are collected together and shipped out when enough orders are placed.  It is possible for customer service to "drop" your order.  This means the order will ship the following Saturday for orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on Wednesday.   Dropping an order tells the warehouse to actually pack up the book and ship it out.  Since Easton Press is located on the East Coast, the closer you are to the East Coast, the sooner your book arrives.  The most economical expedited shipment method is to have your book go out UPS ground.  This will "drop" the book and send it out faster than the USPS.

This series offers Huckleberry Finn at a reduced price of $10.20.  One must often call customer service to obtain the discounted book if it does not happen automatically.  Be sure to call their customer service if you have not received your discounted book. 

Free Returns
Easton Press will allow you to return any book you do not want free of charge for a full refund.  They will also send you replacement copies of any books that might arrive damaged free of charge.  Just call the customer service number and ask for a free return label.   Customer service can also help you with any damage issues.
