Made of Lexan a durable and cleanable polycarbonate, finishes if any are all enamel.  If you were to ask your jeweler they would recommend this type of Earring Organizer because they are non-corrosive to jewelry, and will not cause additional oxidation. 

Body oils and salts are corrosive to cheap metals and cause a chemical reaction.  If the earrings are not cleaned after each use and a corrosive metal earring holder is used to store them, over time a corrosive build up will occur on the post, post back or hook.  This can destroy your earrings or cause earlobe irritation or inflammation.

1. How does it work? 

ANSWER - For pierced earrings just attach the back leaving a 1/4" space on the earring post.  Place the back through the keyhole and let earring slide down into the slot.  It's that easy! 

2. How many pairs does the Earring Angel actually hold? 

ANSWER - That depends on what you have if all of your earrings measure 2" long or less and 1" wide or less at least 34 pair will easily fit. 

If all of the earrings are extra large 2" to 6" or more in length or 1.5" to 3" or more in width you will need more than one Earring Angel to hold 34 pairs so they do not overlap.    Most earring customers have a variety of types and sizes of earrings, and I invented  the Earring Angel sensitive to those needs.  If you think you need a large Earring Angel because you have so many pairs, take inventory, and then purchase as many Earring Angels as you need.

3. How do I organize my  earrings using this system? 

ANSWER - Basically it is best to put your longest earrings on the bottom, your medium ones by size and the smallest to fill in where the larger ones might otherwise over lap. 

Use any keyhole for small to average sized Post or Stud Earrings, Chandelier Post w/Bullet,  Post w/Flanged Bullet, Post w/Clasp, Dangle French Wire, Beaded French Hook Earrings, Nose Studs w/screw backs and Barbells.  Also for Triangle, Slim or Screw Back Clip Earrings, just leave closed put into hole and let slide down into slot.  For  screw backs you may need to unscrew slightly for screw shaft to slide down into slot.

Use the bottom row of keyholes for your longest Post Chandelier Earrings, Boho C-Hoops w/Bullet, Latino, Middle Eastern, Belly Dancer, Tribal or Gypsy Wire Hoops, Post w/Hinged Clasp Earrings, Ear Clips with chains, Horseshoe Hoop, Belly (Navel) Dangle Body Jewelry, Triangle, Slim or Screw Back Clip  Earrings.

Use bottom row of round holes for your longest French Hook Shoulder Dusters, Dangle,  Beaded, Chandelier, Circle, Wire Hoop and  Hinged Clasp Earrings, Horseshoe, Circulars, Brow Rings, Nose Rings, Lip Rings and  those alike.  Also you can clip Old Fashion Wide Clip Earrings to  the bottom row of round holes.  Have fun and arrange them as you like these are only suggestions. 

4. What are the dimensions? 

ANSWER - It  measures 7 1/2 inches high x 11 inches wide which is the perfect size to fit inside a closet, medicine or storage cabinet, wardrobe or armoire or on a door. It’s offset from the wall by 3/4 of an inch to provide plenty of space to  accommodate every type of pierced earring assembly, and even most clip earrings and body jewelry. 

5. Is it easy to install? 

ANSWER - Yes!  Level and mark for mounting.  Be sure that the row of round holes is on the bottom.         

Using stainless steel screws (included) just drive screws through screw holes on offsets.  If attaching to hardwood, be sure to pre-drill holes so that the wood will not split and that all surfaces are thick enough to accommodate the 1 ½” screws.                 

Using your own ½ inch heavy duty double sided foam tape (not included) you can also attach it to a mirror.  Use only new-fresh-non-yellowed 3M or Scotch brand ½ inch heavy duty foam tape.  Be sure that the surface is clean, dry, smooth and non-porous.  Not recommended for wallpapered walls.  Cut to length, attach tape to the Earring Angels 2 back side wall spacers and press firmly for 30 seconds. Remove lining and line up with wall markings, press firmly for 30 seconds.  Wait 30 minutes before use.

Using the two attachable feet (included) just clip to the bottom of the right and left sides and set on a table top or shelf.

6. Do you have suggestions on where I should install it? 

ANSWER - Yes,  several.

• On a wall in your bedroom or bathroom.
