Feel like you always get in on the latest trends too late?

This season be the "one in the know". I have listed some of the hottest Primitive Decor items you can purchase on eBay before "high rollers" start to bid!

Dried florals- Spring will soon be on everyone's mind. Bring in some dried florals--vase arrangements and wreaths. This lets you keep up the Prim decor but also allows for a soft color pallet for the spring season. ---Stockings will remain in vogue for quite some time. Consider purchasing a prim stocking and adding a few twigs of dried florals.  Change those PIP berries to WHITE berries!

WOW--The Cottage is back with a blast this year. Comfort is still the overall cottage theme. Soft delicate colors are a staple in Cottage decor. This year add just a touch of Bold colors. But becareful. Just a hint of bold blue goes a long way. --A 1940's Vintage quilt adds just the right amount of color and keeps the cottage style too.

Details! Never forget the details! Keep a fresh supply of stationary on hand. Having a few sheets atop a foyer table says a lot about a person. Also handy for those quick notes to neighbors and guests when exchanging last minute details (phone numbers, directions, ect). Your own stationary will make a much better impression than that corner you tore out of the kids notebook! I have an easy to follow method for creating your own stationary, you will love it.

Something for the walls--Stitcheries. We saw them a little last season but this Year they are back in full swing. Charming Simple sayings or a little humor. You will want to scatter them across your home. They add so much charm and bang for your buck.

Shelf pillows--Here is another charming way to spread the word. Words that express who we are really make our house a home. Insperationals or cute quips will be a great conversation piece and warm up any bowl or shelf.
