I recently made bids on several items located in China., it was  Dragons for my daughter. A couple hours after bidding on several items, I went back to my ebay to check on how my bidding was going. One of the sellers had added the shipping charges to one of  4 items that I bid on, from the same seller. My bid was 2.00 and the shipping fee was 89.00, for just that one item. After attempting to contact the seller, and notifying ebay of this problem. I then withdrew my bid. The seller much later e-mailed me and told me that this is how he recovered some of his money, since his "items were expensive", but he sold them so cheap on ebay. 

      I finally, many days latter,  got an email from ebay. They said we understand your concern but "BIDS ARE BINDING ". So my advice to all of you is BUYER BEWARE!!!

     More recently some US sellers have got into the game of selling items for very low prices by actually adding the cost of the items in the shipping charges. I find this practice deceptive and avoid dealing with these sellers. This is a way for them sellers to keep down on the cost of listing items charges and fees they must pay E-Bay. I will be very glad when E-Bay finds a way to stop these crooks.
