GOING FROM  GAS TO ELECTRIC LAWN MOWERS

For years we have had gas powered lawn mowers, I am writing this guide to help you decide if you should switch to an electric mower.

We always seemed to have problems with our gas mowers, We always had them serviced and took good care of them, But never had much luck with them.

So

about 9 months ago we decided to try an electric lawn mower ( One with a lead, Not a rechargable one ), Since we got it we havnt had any problems with it,

GOOD POINTS

It starts first time, every time, Unlike our gas powered ones,

And it does not require servicing .

NOT SO GOOD POINTS

The electric cable can get in the way

Not as powerful as a gas powered one ( The higher the ampage the better they are )

BAD POINTS

I have not found any yet

I love them, I dont mind occasionally having to move the cable out of the way, And knowing that it is going to start and that we dont need to get it serviced is great.

Electric mowers in my opinion wouldnt be good for really long grass, but for the average yard, they are great.
