I've read a lot of guides and reviews about how to spot fake Juicy Couture bags by the smell or touch or feel it. How can you do that ? All that you have is the pictures and descriptions !!

So here I am trying to give an easy guide how to buy an authentic Juicy Couture bag on eBay. Because if you pay attention enough, there are some authentic items out there, but it's all covers with tons of fake ones.

• No.1 indicator of fake Juicy Couture bag ( and the easiest to spot it too ) : The bag has the clear plastic wrapping around the handles. DEFINITELY FAKE ! 

          Authentic Juicy Couture bag NEVER wrap the handle of the bag at all.

          They only use tissue paper to wrap the hardware to prevent from scratching and to keep the shape of the bag. and sometimes if you got the fresh item the bag has plastic ( not a clear plastic ) wrapping the mirror.

• Only buy from US sellers, NEVER buy a Juicy Couture bag from overseas seller esp. from Asia ( China, Hongkong, etc ).

          Sellers from Asia are 99.99% selling fake ones. Although for most of people don't know that authentic Juicy Couture bags mostly made in China not glamourous U.S.A ( Suprise, surprise ! ).

          But all Juicy Couture is shipped to distribution centers in the USA because Juicy Couture is a USA brand. They don't have any distributor in other country.

          You can eliminate the items by choose " US Only " from location menu box ( on the Searh Option box, on the left side of the page ) then click " Show Items ".

• Don't be in rush buy a Juicy Couture bag from a seller that only use stock photos ( especially only have one stock photo ! ) What are they trying to hide anyway ?

          ALWAYS ask for the actual pictures of the bag that you going to buy, in details please! Because you only can tell if it's authentic or not from the detailed pictures !

          If they don't provide you the pictures, how can you tell if it's authentic or not ?

          ( even they said it's 100% authentic in the description, don't be afraid to ask for the actual pictures of the bag in details ).

         Sellers that sell authentic items provide tons of pictures because they want the buyers know that the bag that they going to buy is a real deal.

         They have nothing to hide and will be more than happy to email you additional pictures just to convince you that the bag is authentic one.

• Authentic Juicy Couture bags have a really good stitching and high quality material ( nice leather, heavy hardware, etc ).

          You pay $200 Juicy Couture bag and of course they give you nothing but the best. So once again, please pay  attention to the actual pictures that the seller provided.

          If the stitching looks bad, zigzaging, not centered, then it must be fake !

• READ all the description and the title carefully ! If they don't mention that it's 100% authentic, don't afraid to email the seller and ask !

          Some sellers don't mention that the bag is authentic because it 's not ! Authenticity is something a seller should proud of to tell the buyers.

          Even if they said that it's 100% authentic, ask where did they get the item. If they say "wholesaler" or " suplier" then you should questioning the authenticity of the item

          because there's NO WHOLESALER or SUPLIER for authentic Juicy Couture bags.

• Authentic Juicy Couture bag has a small white sticker on the inside of the pink label ( inside the bag ).

          YHRU0599 is the style number of the bag. It should match the style number on the Juicy tag ( the one with bar code & MRSP price ).

         But the problem is that this sticker is fall off really easily, so you can't really say that the bag is authentic or not based on this criteria.

         But if you buy a Juicy Couture bag with small white sticker like that, you know the bag is authentic one.

• Check the seller by checking their feedback. READ them. You can tell a lot from their feedback. 

          Do they have private feedback ( what are they trying to hide ? ) ? Do they have zero feedback ? ( I personally avoid them because no testimonial at all so you never know if they really sell a real thing !)

          Is there any negative feedback talking about selling fake ? Or maybe the seller haven't sell any bags for a long long time ?

          Even if they have 100% feedback, check if they got it because selling Juicy Couture bags or some old stuff from their garage.

          If the  buyers give a lot of praises for the bag that they bought ( BAGS, not the stuff from garage ), then you have a good hint.
