I felt compelled to write this guide since I have been reporting 10+ listing with this scam a day. Basically, it's a scammer who has hijacked a legitimate eBay account and has listed an electronic drum set. The most popular set listed is the Roland TD-20, but I have seen other sets as well. The seller will tell you that you must contact them at the e-mail address listed before you bid or they will cancel your bid. Sometimes they tell you not to contact them through eBay because the e-mails go into a bulk folder and will not be read. This is BS. They don't want you to contact them through eBay because it will alert the owner of the account they stole that something is up. Anyway, the Buy It Now price for the drums they're offering is always about 25% of what the item should go for. Also, the listing are always private, so you can't warn anyone who may have already bid. If you see these listing, go to the bottom of the page and click on "Report this item". On the next page, under the heading Step 1 choose "Fraudulent Listings (illegal seller demands, you didn't receive item, etc). Under Step 2 choose "You suspect that a listing is fraudulent you didn't bid". Now hit Continue. On the next page click "E-mail us" and let them know what's going on. The more people that do this, the quicker these fraud auctions will get nuke
