This seems to be a big question for newbies here on eBay.  Should I dropship or buy wholesale and resell?  Let me answer that for you, if your new, start out by selling items around your house that you no longer need or use. 

Dropshipping has its perks and pitfalls.  Perks, are no inventory, no trips to the post office, no packing, its all taken care of for you.  Pitfalls--too numerous to count.  One major one is late shipping, or back orders.  You cant control them, but you have to provide customer service to you customer, who wants their product.  I use a dropshipper and have had a decent amount of sucess from them.  But, they say its better to lose a dollar than to lose a customer. 

Remember people will buy anything you have to sell, you just have to sell it right.  So is dropshipping right for you...depends on how much you are willing to spend...and if your willing to take the good with the bad...remember feedback is god on eBay.
