Dragonfly Clothing - Clothing for Rock Stars (and their fans) designed by Rock Stars. Dragonfly Clothing was started to be a company that offered the fabulous Concert Tour designs from Rock Stars to the general public. They prided themselves on their Rock 'n' Roll Vision.
Dragonfly creates fully licensed apparel in Rock Band designs. Often they hire band members themselves to design the products. Such was the case with the Nikki Sixx (N. Sixx) line. The designs for that line were designed by Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue himself and many were designs that came from his own Tattoos. The shirts and other apparel items from that line are a favorite among Crue fans, Brides of Destruction fans and Bikers. Dragonfly also asked Gene Simmons to design a line of KISS items for them. This line included famous KISS album cover designs along with some very naughty designs of his own - a favorite among his female fans is the panties with Gene in full KISS make up on the front with his famous tongue lolling out!
Dragonfly had lines dedicated to many Rock Artists and Rock Bands which feature designs from famous Album Covers and Band Logos. Among these bands are KISS, Motley Crue, Carlos Santana, Led Zeppelin, Pantera, Iron Maiden, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, The Grateful Dead, Motorhead, Misfits, The Sex Pistols, Queen, Aerosmith and Devo. These lines include Mens button front shirts, T Shirts, Ladies Baby Doll T Shirts, Album Cover Board Shorts, Hoodies, Jackets and even underwear.
Other lines are dedicated to lifestyles such as the Biker Clothing Line with its Custom V Twin Engine Series many designed by famous custom cycle builders. The Mobster Line showcases stars such as Marlon Brando and Al Pacino in their roles from the Godfather and Scarface. Scarface has become something of a phenomena recently and Dragonfly was on the cutting edge with their licensing deal to create a full line of Scarface apparel items. Musicians appreciate Guitar shirts that make great stage wear. Dragonfly makes fabulous Guitar Shirts in its Gibson Tour Wear Series. There are lines dedicated to classic stars such as James Dean, Bruce Lee and Bettie Page who are pop icons to this day. For Bad Boys there was the Smut Series which showcased some scantily clad or unclad gals in provocative situations. Through a licensing agreement with Jack Daniels there is a full line of Jack Daniels themed shirts and accessories among Dragonflies current offerings.
Dragonfly Gibson Guitar Shirts
Attention to detail is a major focus for this company and it is what makes their designs stand out above all others. Many of their designs are not just printed onto fabric - you will see many that have embroidery details and appliques that make them truly stunning. Their colors are vivid as they do not scrimp in the manufacturing process. Many of their mens shirts have buttons specially made to match the fabric patterns or in metal designs to compliment the line. On many of the Rock Band shirts the buttons actually have the band names on them and in the Biker Series you may find shirts with metal V Twin Engine designs.
In recent years Dragonfly has expanded its product line to include a wide variety of street wear fashion designs. As always they are on the cutting edge with designs that appeal to people of all ages. Their unique Skull and Tattoo style designs that are used on a variety of fine quality fabrics have great appeal in the fashion marketplace.
