Dr.Natura Colonix was my 1st colon cleanse ever. But I have one concern! Like all other colon cleanses it rapidly remove all microbes/Fora both good(probiotics) and bad. The problem is the bad bacteria are more resilient and is the 1st recolonize the colon, opening one to the potential of getting sick. May be that where my detox flu came from. the mdNatura website unlike the drNatura addresses this concern and I consider it a must read before approaching colon cleansing since their is so much super bugs that could strive in a colon devoid of probiotics as result of speed cleaning the colon.
