Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child write action/adventure books that also are mystery suspense novels at the same time. All of the books they have written together are extremely fast paced and can easily keep you up all night. I discovered them fairly recently and voraciously devoured all that they had written. Some of their solo ventures were a bit tough to track down, but I did and happily have amassed a complete personal collection. If you like action/adventure or mystery suspense books then you will love their novels.
