Recently I recieved bad feedback from ruabionut2. He purchased item number 7602322576. I left positive feedback after he payed and before I shipped the stethescope like I always used to. The buyer contacted me when he recieved the stethescope that it was defective. The return policy clearly stated that only exchanges are accepted with a 10 dollar restocking fees (that covers for ebay costs and paypal costs). The stethescope was brand new  and under full manufacturer's warranty .The buyer did not want an exchange but a return. He threatened me with bad feed back This was strange because if that particular stethescope was defective than an exchange would be ok.In any case I accepted the return and charged him the actual cost of shipping and the fees incurred to me by paypal and ebay. The merchandise was evaluated by Welch Allyn dealer and was not defective. The buyer wanted me to pay the paypal and the ebay fees. When I told him that I cant do that he left me with bad feedback and I couldnt do nothing about it. I should have never accepted the return from him when it said in the return policy only exchanges and I should have never left him feedback first. Now I only leave feedback when buyers have left their feedback.
