I recently bought a number of Faeries from the UK from whom appeared to be a well established power seller.

Her feedback to date was good and there appeared No reason for there to be a problem, having previously lived in the UK I still banked there as well as in the USA where I now live, I asked the seller could I pay for my items with a UK check to which she replied in the positive. I paid for some of the items by UK check the rest I paid for by Papal as a I had a $100 voucher. My Paypal account and UK accounts were debited the amount for my purchases then nothing, I E mailed the Power seller- no reply I lodged diputes with E Bay and Pay Pal, My palpal account  was  given a refund to date nothing from the e bay dispute although it has been passed to the resolution team for enquires. I remain hopeful but not very much.

I suppose the  lesson to be learnt is do not use personal checks and use paypal if you payment is overed with their protection
