They are great clothes: 

I discovered Gymboree about a year and a half ago..When a relative bought Gymboree as a present for my daughter. I didn't think much of these clothes except that they were cute and the thems seemed to all match perfectly to make a "Perfect" outfit everytime. Still it wasn't until months later that I realized how great the clothes stand up to wash after wash and still look great :) Then I was hooked. I love Gymboree and although expensive for me I found ways to make gymboree clothes fit into my budget and hopefully will help others to save some money too.

How to get the clothes but make the dollars stretch for you:

1. Research online and find out what lines you really like before going to the store, this way it is much easier to figure out what you want (instead of impulse buying, which can be expensive) and how much money it will cost to get the things that you need. You will save a bundle on shipping if you do it this way.

2. Keep in mind though that Gymboree.com (online) does several shipping "offers" usually they will do free shipping over $100 if this is the case it's also a  great way to save a few bucks.

3. Get on the email list so that you are always up to date on all the sales and promotions that are going on. (it's worth it when the sales are good you can walk out of the store with items that are slashed by up to 60%) you can do this by going to Gymboree.com and getting registered.

4. Take advantage of the sales that they have like "the circle of friends sale" Or any big sale that will usually take place around the holidays.

5. Shopping at your local Gymboree outlet will save money too, they carry the most popular lines of the previous years and the prices are usually more reasonable, out of season items also generally get marked down up to 70% which is great for stocking up for next year at dollars per item.

6. "Gymbucks" is probably one of the best deals that they have basically for every $50 you spend you get a $25 voucher towards your next purchase these gymbucks can be purchased during different times of the year~~They are only good for redemption during a certain time period that will be listed on your receipt. You can also ask a gymboree retail representative to place you on the call list to be reminded of the gymbuck redemption dates this way you don't miss the chance to use them~~ if you would like to know when gymboree is offering the gymbuck  promotion you can call your local gymboree they will be able to tell you all the information on sales and upcoming gymbucks promotions.

8. If you do discover that you have purchased something that goes on sale for a lesser price within 7 days from the date you purchased it- you can ask them to do a price adjustment. I've had to do this and it was great I ended geting some extra money back for other clothing items.

7. Lastly buying gymboree clothes on ebay is a great way to save money...You can purchase items that are NWT and NWOT and EUC clothing items for a fraction of the price, however some items are in demand because they are sold out and no longer made by gymboree these clothes can be pricey. Be on look out on ebay to find some great deals on Gymboree clothing, I have and have since made some smart purchases.

8. When your little one has out grown last years gymboree clothes and is ready for the next size you can opt to sell them here on ebay~~this way you make some of your money back and you can turn around and buy the next size up with your profits (hey every little bit helps right ?) You will make more money most of the time if you remember to name the line of the clothing item and take care of the clothes (no dryer = no fading)

If you are thinking that regardless it's cheaper to buy elsewhere~~just think about the resell value of the clothes from other stores, it makes sense to BUY GYMBOREE!
