1. The height of the door should be at least 75% the length from your dog's neck to the ground.

2. The length and width of the dog house should be equal but not more than 25% larger than the length of the dog (excluding the tail).

3. The height of the dog house should be 25% to 50% taller than your dog's height (standing).
