Buying properly fitting shoes or mocassins on the net presents a unique
challange. When you are in a store or when I am on the road customers
simply pick out a pair and try them on until they get them right! They
try them on,on,on,stomp, walk, dance, kick, hop, you name it! LOLOL
I have these little sockettes to make sure they keep the inside of the mocassin is clean. I also provide a nice old Navaho rug for them to walk on the ground and to keep the sole clean for resale.

Dirty sole = Reduced Sale! Loss!mark down or no sale!
If I get someone who returns a dirty pair of mocassins,or even one greasy finger print.
One french fry can wipe out a pair in a second! I cannot sell them as new and everyone is unhappy, most of all me. I like to please customers! They are absolutely considered used by the next customer who walks up!
According to their view and their standpoint in reality they are dirty. If ou try them on you should wear one of my little sockettes! You don't want those critters they show on TV crawling under your toenails and atheletes feet doesn't mean you are a Lance Armstrong!
I have found that we can prevent all this with a a little corrugated box cardboard and a couple of peices of string. It works every time! Perfect remote fit where ever you are until someone invents a cheap remote disposable foam dip molding measuring device. You must follow each of these steps for a absolute perfect fit!
1 # Get a nice peice of corrugated cardboard big enough for both feet. So you can stand without falling over.
2#You stand with full body weight on the cardboard.
3# Have a friend get a good soft leaded pencil and make a tight drawing of the outline of each foot. (Hey this can get to be fun with the right person!) LOLOL
4# Get a sissor and cut these out.
5# Next get a string, or ribbon,or strip of paper and drape it over the widest part of the foot on the instep.( It is the spot just below the toes.)
6#Mark each side of the strip or simply cut the string! If you are buying a boot go up the calf and make a string or measure the widest part.(why do they call that thing a calf it doesn't look like a calf?) oh well,
7# Go up from the floor the length of the boot wrap a string, paper or ribbon around the calf or measure it or cut of the length where they join. Clip!
Send these to me tell me where you took them, or the person you are purchasing the footware from and they can get a perfect fit every time.
If you have a cloth tape you can measure each of these points on the foot.If your like me, often you can't find that pesky measuring tape when you need i most! Duke the cat plays with mine he loves a good measuring tape it can be metal or cloth it doesn't matter to him!
.
He is mad because I just took it away from him!
You can send those measurements to me and I guarentee a perfect fit every time. If you want to get a cloth tape and measure those same points and email them to me and we will do the same thing.
A little more touchy and technical the next thing to consider is the material that the mocassin is made from? Most people make their error right here. Question ?Ask yourself do you usually wear a sock with a moc? Most mocassin affectionados do not, they love the feel of the natural mocassin against their skin! There is just something sensual and natural about the good comfy feel with a quality mocassin that you cannnot get any where else. Actual a good fitting pair of mocassins massage the tired foot as you wiggle the toes and walk!So you want the mocassin to fiit snug when you purchase it!You should come down one foot size from your street size with a natural hide to be pleased with the fit!If you don't most natural hides are going to stretch. They all stretch anyway that is why we like them. They stretch a bit to adjust to the foot. Remember the tighter the fit when you try them on,the better the fit over the long haul! Believe me the only people who are disappointed are the people who insist on buying their street shoe size in a mocassin!I have actually pushed natural hide moccasins on my own feet to see how many sizes too small would stretch to my foot size. I can stretch most hides a size and 1/2. Cowhide is a bit stiffer I can usually push it one size if the mocassin has a soft sole. If a mocasssin has a sewn or firmly attached sole of a material different from the natural hide you can usually only get a half size or a size at the most.
Do you ever think about the beating we give these feet? Where we take them? How much they carry? How much we use them?Under all kinds of stressful conditions. Hey treat them well they are nearly as important as your eyes and most of all keep them happy, happy in a good feeling and nice fitting natural hide mocassin and you will be happy too.I guarentee it.
