Service Description:
We are a full-service Trading Assistant and would like to thank you in advance for this opportunity to work with you with listing and selling your items on eBay. 

A little about ourselves:
Everyday Essential Gifts (EEG) is an online gift shop company that was started by a husband and wife team looking to change their lives and work from home. We wanted to start a business that would make life a little easier for the everyday shopper.  Our motto is simply "The Joy of Giving".

Our Niche:
We can offer literally almost any product currently for sale through our current list of suppliers and on our personal website we offer free personal shopping service to assist customers with their shopping needs to spread the Joy of Giving.  We have simply brought a little of that to eBay. 

While we conduct regular auctions, on our store inventory we list all of our non-digitally delivered merchandise as a Buy It Now (BIN) with a Best Offer option.  Each of these auctions also supports a charity from MissionFish as part of the eBay Giving Works program. So with that our customers can make their own great deals and we can help spread the Joy of Giving. :)

What do we offer as a Trading Assistant:
We help you list and sell your items on eBay by providing you a wide range of services.  Once you have contacted us about potentially listing your item(s) we provide all of the following to you:

  1. Contact you to conduct an item assessment to get some priliminary details.
  2. We will conduct some research on your item such as, Item Popularity, Keyword Search Usage, Item demand, Optimal Title Listing, and Pofitabillity, all free of charge!
  3. After we have researched your item, we will email you our results that will give you a total breakdown of your item.
  4. We will then call you to discuss the results and the possibility of listing your item on eBay.
  5. Once we have agreed on the terms, we can either come to your house anywhere in the Greater Columbus Area or your can drop off your item.
  6. We then inventory the items, take pictures, list them and sell them on eBay, ship them, and provide you with an itemized list of all items sold with the sale price and our fees.

Benefits of working with us as a Trading Assistant:

  1. It's Easy:  We do not mind doing all of the work.  Relax and let someone else take care of the headaches.  :) 
  2. No Suprises:  You will know everything upfront such as: Fees, Final Price Expectations, Expected timeframe to sell, etc
  3. Trackable:  Once we have listed your item(s), we will also provide you a password protected link to our website where you can personally view the status of each of your listings all in one spot.
  4. Reasonable Fees:  We do not gouge you with high fees to list YOUR items.
  5. Charitable:  You will be helping to support a worthy cause at the same time.
  6. Service:  We strive to make the entire process as seemless as possible.  We are here to answer any question you might have.

Fees:

  1. We charge $15 per item listing we list regardless of whether each item listing ultimately sells or not.
  2. We charge only a 5% commision on the Final Sales Price.
  3. Our clients are responsible for our eBay fees including optional feature fees.
  4. Extra promotion for expensive items is available for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss specific amounts and available promotion options.
  5. Listing Fees, Feature Fees and eBay Insertion Fees are due before the item can be listed.  eBay Final Value Fees will be taken out of the final sale price.

Terms And Conditions:

  1. We sell all products "as is" and do offer a return policy. If you would not like us to offer a return policy for the items for any reason, we can negotiate that as part of the deal.
  2. We prefer to start all our auction listings out at $0.01-$1.00 because it really drives excitement. If you'd like me to start listings at a higher price we'll have to negotiate out terms.
  3. Store inventory listings are conducted as buy it now (BIN) with a best offer option included.
  4. Buyers on eBay really need to know all the specifics of any item you are selling. The more you can tell me about your item the more successful we'll be selling. Please be sure to tell us about any damage or aspects of your item that would make it less appealing to buyers (honesty goes a long way on eBay).
  5. We proudly support the eBay Giving Works program.  All of our non-digitally delivered merchandise will feature a charity from MissionFish to sponsor.  We will negotiate the donation % and organization preference with you prior to listing.
