Do not use Liquidation.com (trust me, it's a rip-off)

I bought a lot of tents, canopies, grill, trampoline, and sleeping bag from them. Paid $466. + 23. buyer's premium, + $27. sales tax = total of $517.

I picked up the merchandise at the Indianapolis warehouse myself. I counted the pieces, they had 11 on the pallet, not 12. I explained this to the person who brought the pallet out to me, she documented my receipt, signed it and said they would handle it. I heard nothing so I filed a dispute. The computer wouldn't allow me to submit it, so I phoned and they emailed a copy to me to complete. I did, faxed it back, and then emailed pictures of a broken item I had discovered.  They just emailed me to say the refund amount would be $0.00 with no explanation.

I'll break this order down for you...beware!!

  1. The most expensive item, a Columbia Cougar tent, was missing, MSRP $329.00
  2. A 12' x 12' Bravo weekender tent was broken in two places on the frame. It is unusable. The cover bag also contained sand.
  3. Airzone 12' trampoline is "thrown" into a large box, without any instructions. It is not resellable online because of the condition. I do not know if it is even usable. (someone junked it)
  4. The Coleman Weather master tent is used, and smells like smoke. The frame poles are filled with dirt and also have no instructions. Unsellable.
  5. Backpack-sellable. Yeah!! Sells on Ebay for $25
  6. Sleeping Bag-sellable Yeah!! Sells on Ebay for $25.00
  7. Bravo 12'x12' canopy-Yeah!! Sold for $75. to a friend
  8. Bravo 10'x10' canopy-Yeah!! Sold for $50. to a friend
  9. Bravo canopy-Yeah!! new and sellable, $10. on Ebay
  10. Bravo canopy-Yeah!! new and sellable, $10. on Ebay
  11. Coleman roadtrip grill-new and sellable $75-$100 on Ebay

You can see that my best number is going to be about $295.00 for this waste. I am not including my 200 mile RT to Indpls or the  huge amount of time sorting, disputing, and being disgusted.  Do not buy from liquidation.com

They do not help you, work with you, or even try to speak with you. I'll be filing a claim with my credit card company. (the website says you can't pay by CC your first purchase, but I did.)
