Hi I have just been reading a review from a guy trashing the Chinese made knives. As i am sure most of you know lot's of the older name brands are made in China today.
Such as Remington,Winchester,Schrade,Buck, and many others.I understand this persons feelings.I am as American as anyone, but i also sell a lot of knives both on ebay and in a retail store.
Sure most of the knives in my safe are old Remington's and Case XX,but not everyone can afford the extremely high prices these knives bring if they are mint.
If you check my feedback i have a lot of very satisfied customers that have bought new Remington's,Rough Riders,Old Timer's,and Uncle Henry's all made today in China. These knives are very good quality with nice handles good fit snap like a tiger, and are sharp as a razor from the factory. They make super gifts or packing knives plus look outstanding in a glass front showcase, and don't take all the rent money to buy one or a dozen for that matter.
I will always love the knives from the fourties and older, but i will also be putting a lot of these other knives back for my kids and grandkids also.
All i ask is don't just slam these knives without a fair trial.
Thanks
