I shop high rated ebay sellers.  I've never had a problem until now.  I purchased a set of webkinz kinz kilps for my daughter and friends.  It was a pre sale, never buy from a pre-sale.  I sent my funds to a well highly registered very good scoring seller.  Well I had to wait 30 days before I could even get my items.  SO I WAITED.... I sent e mails and questioned about when my item was going to be mailed.  The seller told me, June 14,2009.  SO AGAIN I waited.  Now it is 42 days, and no items.  I send an additional e mail to the seller, no responds.  It was now 45 days, I'M SCREWED.  No item and out of 50+ dollars.  EBAY will not help me, and the seller can't be contacted.....BUT, the seller is still advertising on EBAY.  Watch out.....  the seller is MALLUSA...........if USA means he is a supporter of the USA.  WHY would he screw so many people.
