I paid for an item on 05/04/2006; seller is in canada and demanded I am required to pay UPS 2nd day shipping. item cost was 18.00 and 25.00 shipping. Well item did not arrive in the 2 day delivery. UPS claims by checking their tracking item was delayed not once but twice by airplane problems. That would be believe able if UPS had only a few planes; but we all know better. UPS told me any refund has to come from the shipper - seller on the shipping. I contacted seller and was told they do not give refunds on shipping. I also told seller item has not arrived; but I had checked UPS web site and they said it was delivered on 05/10/2006 at 3:59 PM infront of my apartment door. I ask what do you mean in front of my door. I find out the UPS driver just dropped the item as they claim in front of my apartment door and left it. Thing is due to work I did not return home until start 7:00 AM 05/10-11/2006 at 11:00 PM NOTHING WAS IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. Also this seller deliberately blocks ebay's question system and you can not contact the seller using a valid e mail unless the seller gives you one. I used the one the seller provided and guess what? There is no response from them in regards to this situation after the only response about no shipping refunds. Ebay complaint was filed and?????? I recieved one e mail that they are investigating then nothing nada zip. I am about to just do charge back on my payment. The seller? fivestaronline......I have been told why not call them? Really do you know what international phone rates are... The phone bill would cost more than the item paid....
The previous opinion is my experience dealing with this seller and UPS as well as Ebay.. I am expressing my own opinion and what is opinionated is BACKED UP WITH E MAILS of everyone involved.
