what they don't tell you is that you are stuck with a 2 year agreement and will suffer a cancellation charge if you cancel within that 2 years.  Verizon FIOS is a much better deal with more channels, better quality and all together better customer service.  I WOULD NEVER USE DIRECTV AGAIN!
