Massive problems with display and lcd screen just stops working!  I lost entire address book because it was saved on my phone and you need to see the screen to transfer it to your sim card.  If you own this phone and you are due for an upgrade... do it!  If you are not and you are experiencing problems with this phone, call your service provider and tell them you have the Motorola V180, you are experiencing problems and you would like to eligible for an upgrade now.  They all know these phones are bad and you can have your phone replaced with little or no cost to you.
