There are a lot of fakes floating around ebay! There are quite a few ways to tell the difference between a real quality Babolat AeroPro Drive Cortex (APDC) and a cheap knock-off.

Heres a quick check list:

1. ANY Chinese tags or print on the racket.
2. If the racket has ANY hologram on the throat at all. You can bet its a fake.
3. The weight would be wrong. Instead of being head light like the real APDC's, it would be head heavy. Any HEAD HEAVY APDC's are FAKE! You can tell by putting one finger on the center of the throat and watch where the head goes. If it stays up, its genuine. If it falls repeatedly, get in touch with the seller right away!
4. Babolat APDC's DO come with LEATHER cases. If you received a nylon case, odds are its not genuine.
5. There should be a grip size sticker on the throat, AND on the BAG of APDC's. Chinese knock-offs dont have either.

With these in mind, you can make sure youre making a sound purchase! If you have any questions about a seller. Or if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!
