Do discount travel club memberships really save you money? If you have never heard of a discount travel club vacation membership, you owe it to yourself and your family to check them out.
Being a member of two of them and owning a very expensive timeshare in Cancun Mexico, I can tell you first hand that they are truly a bargain.
Discount travel club vacation memberships offer different programs. The two that I belong to are called Global Resorts Network and Cruise to Cash. I have used both and can tell you first hand that you can save a lot of money on your vacation if you can be a little bit flexible and very adventurous.
These two discount travel club vacation memberships offer you timeshare and three to five star hotel property rooms at a great discount because they search the world over for last minute bargains, cruises, and airfares. How do you get these discounts? People need to cancel reservations at the last minute for a variety of reasons and that means a great vacation for you. That leaves a room or timeshare vacant that needs to be rented. There are numerous other reasons as well, but these travel vacation clubs will go out of their ways to find the deals for you.
The best way to make these work is to be flexible. If you are open to exploring new places around the world and don't mind making reservations on a short term basis (although you can also make long term plans as well), you will be able to take a family of 4 and sometimes even 6 for a price for a week as low as $298 for that week (no airfare) to as low as $799 per week (or somewhere in between). There are resorts and cruises all over the world that can suit even the pickiest families.
Discount travel vacations are family friendly. Yes, you pay a one time membership fee to use the service, but in both cases, these are lifetime memberships. In GRN's case you can pass your membership along to anyone you choose since the lifetime membership is 100 years. There is a very small transfer fee which allows your family to continue your legacy and enjoy their family vacations for many years to come. Visit the Discount Travel Club Membership page for more information.
You really should check this out. Yes, you will have to pay a one time membership fee up front and in the case of Cruise to Cash, a monthly fee to keep the discounted travel vouchers coming, however, there are many many uses for the travel vouchers and if you use them, give them away as gifts, give them to employees or sell them for a small fee, you and others will save money. With GRN you pay a one time, lifetime membership fee and there is no monthly charge, but the cost is a bit higher than CTC. Both are very valuable to anyone who is looking for a discount travel club vacation membership. Enjoy your trip!
