Discount Gift Cards from website www.Otartel.com : eBay Guides

I have noticed an ebay seller offering info as to a website selling discount gift cards for companies such as WalMart, Costco, etc.  If the seller is referring to website Otartel - while it is true that this website - Otartel - sells gift cards at discount ranging from 4 to 18%, they only accept payment by check or money order.  This should have been a red flag for me, but I fell prey to this and sent them a check for $434.00 - a month later, I have no gift cards and a checking account that is $434.00 lighter.  They will not respond to email requests or phone mail messages, since sending me a bogus ship tracking number on 111607 and assuring me on 112007 that my order was "in the mail" - yeah, right.
