SD cards can not be bigger than 2GB and are slower compared to SDHC which stands for Secure Digital High Capacity.
If a device takes SDHC card, it will also take SD card. But, Not ALL the equipments that use SD cards can use SDHC cards. Please check with your equipment, before you purchase a SDHC card.
