Save your money!!! If you have a Cummins 12valve 97 or later I have a tip that some know and some dont. Instead of buying a torque plate just cut your facotry plate straight off. You will need some gaskets but they are cheap.
Be prepared to buy a transmission or a new clutch if you do this. It is an estimated 150 hp extra. All it will cost is a $5.99 gasket for your AFC intake. IMPORTANT: The stock automatic tranny will not handle this power increase!!!
It is located under your AFC intake and is under the 8mm allen screw. You will need to remove the AFC intake and replace the seal afterwards. The case under the AFC has a security screw on it that can be turned with a hand torque tool, or if you are confident enough to try it you can use a small cold chisel and a hammer. Once you have removed it, take the two screws out of your torque plate, remove it, cut it straight down the ridges; DO NOT cut past the flat part of the plate!!! Take a file and clean up your edges, (it will take a grinder or a dremel tool to cut the plate.) Once you have completed this, install the plate back into your truck and move it all the way toward the front of the engine. Tighten it down, replace the cover. Now, take the 8mm allen screw off and move your throttle spring until there is no tension on it at all. It will move toward the front of the engine as well. All you are doing is allowing your throttle more movement and increasing the amount of fuel going into the engine.
Replace your seals, and tighten everything back down. If you want to you can disconnect you wastegate to your turbo as well, it will cause it to act like a supercharger and always build continous pressure. All you need is a 35 cent copper fitting to change out your old fitting and plug you turbo wastegate hole.
