I have a 3 month old that had REALLY bad diaper rash when he was a newborn preemie. I used Lanolin Hydrous that you can get from the wal-mart pharmacy for $2.12. A&D ointment didn't not work at all for him. This is NOT the same Lanolin that you use on sore nipples for breast feeding! It is an all natural ointment! It can also be used for chapped and cracked hands, minor burns, wind burns, and minor skin abrasions.
