Before you shop for anything labled "Diamonique", please check the QVC website.  "Diamonique" and "Epiphany" are trademarked brands belonging to QVC.

Someone on Ebay was auctioning a 18" Judith Ripka necklace with Dimonique stones for 3 times what QVC was selling the piece for.  She has the right to do this, but you as the buyer, have the right to know that the merchandise is not discontinued and still available at a reasonable price from the distributor.

"Buyer Beware" is more important now than ever before.  If in doubt, do a Google search before you bid on an item and get stuck paying top dollar for something that was half the price retail than the seller charged here.
