If you are not sure of what size ring you wear or the ring is to be a gift for someone here is some general advice. The most popular ring size for a woman is 7 and for a man it is size 10. Of course it all depends on which finger the ring is to be worn on and keep in mind that our fingers are not of uniform size either. An easy way to determine your ring size is to take a strip of paper or string and wrap it around the finger that the ring is to be worn on. Do this while your fingers are of room temperature and not too cold or too hot. Measure the length of the paper or string and then compare it to this chart to determine what size your ring needs to be. Alternatively, take a ring that fits you, or the person you are buying it for, and measure the inner diameter of the ring. Look at the chart to see what size it is.
