I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder and decided to click the link provided on the bid page. I aquired a bid from Dependable Auto Shippers and decided to accept it. I was promised that my vehicle would be here in "at the most"  8 to 10 days.  The date has drastically changed.  It has now turned into 18 days and who is to say that will not change into longer?  Customer Service apologized and said, "this is their busy season".  Meanwhile, I am without a vehicle and DAS offered to "rent me one of their cars, at my own expense".  I feel cheated. If I was told that they were "busy" and could not promise my car on a timely manner, then I would have chosen a different company.  My car is now sitting in their terminal "awaiting assignment"  I am very disappointed and warn those who decide to go with this company to be very FLEXIBLE and ready to wait a long time for your vehicle.
