I have been using 2 of these LCDs on my desk here at the office for 6 months now and I am very impressed. The size is just right that they don't take up my whole work space. The 1280x1024 resolution looks really good. The text size is easily readable and after spending 40 hours or more a week staring at them, I do not go home with headaches or any eye pain. LCDs are generally very bright and best when viewed in well lit rooms. The colors are very sharp and true, yet the brightness is not overpowering. You could say the brightness is soft and easy to look at.

PROS - Great size, at 1280x1024 the display is perfectly sized to match the screen. Soft image with sharp colors. Perfect for dual display setups and good tilt adjustment. Spaced at a comfortable height in relation to the LCD size.

CONS - Nothing bad to say really, but just to be picky, there is no height adjustment. The monitors can be tilted up and down, but cannot be raised horizontally. Having said that, the size is really fine and you can get a monitor stand to set them on if you need them to be taller.
