Now a days its so easy to copy a DVD. "IT IS ALMOST IMMPOSIBLE TO COPY ANY X-BOX, PLAYSTATION GAME. iIt can be done, but there is a lot to it and PS-3 makes it tough. Your game console can burn up at anytime and not be covered by a warrenty. Thats why DVD`S are the ones mostly likely to be copied. Most of the DVD1s on e-bay are. I would say 97% would be close.

There is software that can copy any DVD movie out there. Sony, Touchstone, etc..  They can`t stop the people from during it.

People buy the software then they have a color copy machine to make the label and the the Jacket cover.  You buy the Jackets for $19.99 for 200 slim Jackets. Super Media Store sells them by the case.. You can`t tell.  The only way is common scence.

If the movie is $5.00, or less beware. Think about it, you buy the movie for $20, or more then a couple of days, or weeks later your selling it for 9.95, or less. Its Bootlegged.

Then a read flag should pop up in your head when you see that price, alos 20 , or more copies. If the seller states that there is a color insert for the jacket, yes is been bootleged.

If you see a classic, or a series of DVD`S, like Star Wars, or any Tv sitcome for the great price of 15, or 19.99. Yes that too is bootlegged.

I have a friend that can do this. Trust me on this, you could not tell the difference. Sometimes they work perfectly. People will say its orginal because its on a brown disk, that has no meaning.

You can buy the disks that are brown. One time Sony went to the brown Disk and that did stop the copying for about 3 weeks. Then the software found away to break the code.

The days of somebody sneaking in a Video camera to the Movies is done. No need for it.

What I am saying is that if you find a good moive for 4, or 5 dollares go for it, the jacket cost about 75 cents and the shipping costs $2.63, but don`t think its orginal.

I know this because,  My friend is doing time for this. He got greedy at a Flea Market and got caught.

How to really know, follow the steps below

The only way to know is to see if there are sctraches. "Thats a good sign"

If they are there, then its original. The scraches will be small not deep like somebody had taken a end of a knife and did it. If the movie comes to you clean and its an old movie. No way.

  1. Make sure that the Jacket is worn if the movie is more then 2 or 3 years older. It has to have some ware, or its light on color.
  2. Try and remember if the DVD that you had rented had 2 sides that played. I mean, one for full screen and the other for wide screen. If the one you buy has just one side its not real. Can`t copy bothsides.
  3. Don`t ask the seller if its sealed. Your wasting your time. That to can`t be trusted because for $99 you can buy a sealer.
  4. Ask if its original. Then inform the Seller that if its not that you will report them for copying movies. You can do time and pay a fine like it states in every FBI warining. Bet they will respond back to you on that question. If they don`t respond stay away.
  5. STAY AWAY FROM "POWER SELLERS". The are the only ones that have 10, or 20 copies of the same movie. If the one you purchased doesn`t work and you inform them. The  tell you to ship it back at your expense because he has many of them. Wonder how?
  6. Most movies skip, or stop working. Just freeze up.
  7. Copied Movies will freeze your PS-3 up if you play them on it. Be careful.
