I ordered a motorola h700 bluetooth headset from products_foreign. He first demanded extra funds and when my bluetooth arrived it was in a paper box, and the image was obviously copied on to the package. When i took out the headset, the medal Motorola logo fell off, it was poorly glued on.
When I use the bluetooth on my left ear, the phone would need to be in my left pocket, otherwise it would have high static.
Here are some pointers to spot fakes:
- Special colors. To my knowledge Motorola does not make any special colors for the H700. Only the original silver.
- Real motorola headsets always come in tightly sealed plastic packages.
left package is fake, right is the authentic one
- While viewing the item photo, and not being able to see the Motorola logo on the headset, its FAKE.
view picture, no M logo
- Lastly the real h700 retails for about $120usd. If someone is selling it for $25usd brand new, its FAKE
