TradeZone DVD is a SCAM!!!  Okay, let's just start by saying that it takes a lot to anger me and I have never been more disgusted with a company in my life.  The poor communication, horrific, response time, and just downright disorganization brought me to writing this review.  I had bid on a video game for the PS2 and won.  Great.  Well......  I immediately used paypal and sent the payment within a matter of minutes.  I soon received positive feedback from TradeZone DVD and I excited to see the product show up.  After a few days I decided to ask for a tracking number of sorts to just track the product on its journey to its new home.  No response.  A day passes and I figure they didn't recieve it, putting the blame on the internet or my connection or Outlook or something other than the true problem.  I send another request.  No response.  A week goes by and four request un replied to.  Now, I am nervous that I got scammed.  I start thumbing through the feedback left for this company and it seems okay.  Nonetheless, there is nobody home.  Long story short, finally got a repsonse and was told that they do not get tracking numbers from USPS....??  I have never heard of such an idiotic response.  Surely with the communication world that we live in today a tracking number seems to be a stitch in the fabric.  I was then told that I should have recieved it within 7-10 days.  Well, I finally some dialogue on the 13th day!!  I explained the time frame and still was told to be patient.  It has been over a month and they said that a refund would be their corrective action.  I didn't want a refund, I wanted the damn game!  I am sure that this is an operation where they list hundreds of possible items that they can buy from some offshore consolidator or may a local liquidator, but being the one catching their hand in the cookie jar is no chore that I would like anyone to have to endure.  You are taking a HUGE risk bidding on a product from this company.  You may recieve it and that is great, but I stay away from the roulette table because the odds are horrible and this analogy applies to TradeZone DVD in the same fashion.  I say, save the money and place the bid with a more solid and established comany.  You may actually get the product you bought and in the time frame it was promised.
