In December I bought my first phone, a kyocera slider, from planetinstock. Okay, I thought great price, the phone was cute, and it was cricket. When I got my phone it was nice, looked new, and everything! So I got it activated, or at least attempted to get it activated. Little did I know that all that excitement would be in vain. The damn phone could not be activated, it just kept searching for service. I went through my phone company's technical support to try to get the problem fixed, no luck. So I had to contact the buyer via email to let them know the problem and wanted to request an exchange. You can't just send anything back to this company when a problem first arises. You have to wait for email, telling you all the instructions on how to return the phone, and basically if you mess up, your refund could be delayed or even denied. So I followed the instructions to the T, and mailed the phone back. A couple of weeks later, I'm like where is my phone, so AGAIN, I had to contact the buyer via email to find out the status of my phone. I had to report a problem with paypal, to get a response. The buyer claimed that they didn't have any record of the receipt of my phone. At this point, I am very furious and I couldn't find my delivery confirmation #! So I just totally go off, on whoever was writing me. Then all of a sudden Oh we found your phone, your replacement is already on its way. I was very happy. When I received the phone again it was new looking, no scratches, excellent condition. So I called to have the phone activated, guess what deja vu, the phone after being activated was still searching. At this point there are no words to describe my anger. So again I had to request another RMA # to return the phone, and mailed it back to them. Here it is March 15, 2007, mind you my first transaction was in December, and I have yet to get my refund. Their processes are long, the email messages that they send to you are copy and pasted. I have read several places that they sell lost/stolen phones, and that's probably what happened to me, because I don't how both phones could not be used, and I had to pay $15 per activation through my phone company. This buyer sucks, I WOULD GREATLY SUGGEST THAT IF YOU DO NOT WANT A LOT OF YOUR TIME AD MONEY WASTED DON'T BUY FROM

PLANETINSTOCK!

Finally on March 19, I received my refund, it was partial, but I am still going to fight for every cent that I put towards those trashy phones. It was after I filed a dispute with square trade that I received an email, saying that they will "re"submit my refund. They are totally a bunch of crooks don't trust em.
