BEWARE OF OEMKINGS!!  They are DISHONEST CHEATS!!!! I purchased two phones at the same time from OEMKINGS.  One arrived and the other has not - 3 weeks later!  When I inquired at 10 days in, they said the item had not yet been shipped due to an "error with their shipping system" and they promised arrival of the item "within a matter of days."  A week later, still no phone.  This time they CHANGED THEIR STORY and insisted it had shipped at the same time as the other phone and that I should take the matter up with USPS.  When I pointed out the inconsistency in their explanations for the delay, and the fact that USPS had never received the item from them, they promised that if my phone did not arrive by the end of the week, they'd express me the same phone over the weekend!  This was a last minute bid to prevent against my leaving negative feedback.  When Friday came and went and I asked them to express the phone as they had promised, and they refused!!!  To make matters worse, they had the audacity to then retaliate by leaving negative feedback about me!  I have now filed a complaint with EBay and Paypal, and will have to wait for these processes to resolve before I receive my refund.  THIS HAS BEEN SO MUCH MORE TROUBLE THAN IT'S WORTH! 

BUYERS SHOULD TAKE NOTE that this seller manages to stay on Ebay despite THOUSANDS OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS b/c they dishonestly negotiate mutual withdrawal of feedback with buyers.  When I left negative feedback after waiting for 2 weeks for my phone, they IMMEDIATELY sent me a mutual withdrawal of feedback request.  I said I would consider withdrawing my negative feedback once I get the phone from them + refund on shipping and handling.  He countered with"If you withdraw the feedback RIGHT NOW, I will agree to refund your shipping and handling."  Because I know he lies, I refused.  I wonder how many people have been enticed to agree to withdraw their feedback under these conditions but have still been screwed by Oemkings in the end?   Don't trust them!

If you are already dealing with oemkings, please do a service for other Ebay buyers and DON'T WITHDRAW NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT OEMKINGS UNTIL YOU ARE FULLY SATISFIED THAT THEY HAVE DONE WHAT THEY PROMISE!!! Get the phone, make sure it works, make sure you get a refund on your steep shipping and handling (by confirming receipt of the refund in your Paypal account) and then do what you will.   Oemkings' word - even when in writing - is worth NOTHING.  They make promises in email and then shamelessly break them.  Don't let them get away with this practice!  Don't withdraw your feedback because they make overtures they will fix the problem.  Make sure they have fixed the problem (with your own eyes) before you help them fix their EBay score!
