Destinations
Living the Dream travels to many beautiful places in the Pacific Northwest. Such destinations include but are not limited to:
• Victoria, BC
• Chatterbox Falls
• Fort Worden
• The Gulf Islands
• San Juan Islands, WA
• Sequim
Victoria, British Columbia
This is a destination that is always in season! Victoria has the mildest climate in Canada, and is a place so green all year that flowers fall out of the sky and even the lamp posts bloom. It is no wonder that it is called The Garden City! The wild beauty of the Pacific coast and the adventure of the great outdoors are within the city limits and ocean and mountain vistas will follow you wherever you go.
Victoria remembers its colorful history with First Nations totem poles, heritage architecture and afternoon tea, and bustles with the energy of a university town, having the University of Victoria, Canada within its limits. Shop windows are full of British imports, Native art and the latest trends. Restaurants and cafes serve the freshest cuisine. The harbor is alive with the romance of an era when tall ships moored alongside the wharf and evenings glitter as lights twinkle and cast their magic from atop the landmark British Columbia Legislative Buildings.
The Garden City is a year-round tourism destination that offers a friendly, safe haven for all visitors. Getting here is very easy, and, once here, you will feel a million miles away. With a clean environment and charming ambiance, it is no surprise that Victoria, BC is one of the world's favorite destinations.

Chatterbox Falls
This waterfall drops 40 meters almost directly into the head of Princess Louisa Inlet. Chatterbox Falls are one of the most famous in British Columbia. The falls are only accessible from the water. From the landing at the falls, a trail climbs up Loquilts Creek, passing even more impressive Snake Falls, among others.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fort Worden
Fort Worden State Park Conference Center is a 433-acre multi-use park with 11,020 feet of saltwater shoreline and a wide variety of services and facilities. The park rests on a high bluff overlooking Puget Sound. Many historic buildings remain at this 19th century military fort. This historic fort offers a full-service conference center, an ideal setting for seminars, conferences, retreats, and family reunions. Historic 100-year Victorian parlors, spacious carpeted dormitories, and hook-up campsites can meet the needs of most any small or large conference group. The center has a dining facility and a wide range of meeting rooms.

The Gulf Islands
The sheltered Gulf Islands of British Columbia are jewels in the Strait of Georgia. Famous for breathtaking scenery, exceptional arts and crafts, hiking and cycling, kayaking and sailing, provincial campsites and bed and breakfasts, the Canadian Gulf Islands are, above all else, known for the casual, laid-back lifestyle they offer.
The five main southern British Columbia Gulf Islands are: Salt Spring Island, Pender Island, Mayne Island, Galiano Island and Saturna Island. The northern BC Gulf Islands include Denman Island and Hornby Island. Further north, the Discovery Island Group is home to Quadra and Cortes Islands and, on the very northern end of Vancouver Island, Cormorant Island is home to North Vancouver Island's oldest community.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
San Juan Islands
The Pacific Northwest has an inviting secret spot known as the San Juan Islands. The 247 days of sunshine and half the rain of Seattle, Washington make the San Juan Islands the perfect year-round getaway! San Juan County, with more than 375 miles of rocky and sandy waterfront, boasts more shoreline than any other county in the nation. These islands have been luring explorers and visitors with a natural beauty full of surprises since they were first discovered.

Sequim
Sequim is a very special place, a place unlike any other in the world. Sequim lies in the Dungeness Valley, nestled between the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Sequim is famous for Dungeness Crab, The Olympic Game Farm, Dungeness Spit and our endless sun.
