Beware of eBayer's without close to 100 percent feedback and with enough feedback that you can talk to these people..many foreigner's on here selling display's ..returns, and such....From experience, after my father passed on Christmas Day, a camera was what I needed most after Hurricane Katrina..almost 3 years and I was tired of disposables!!...I purchased a Sony Cybershot 7.2 point and shoot digital camera....It worked when I turned it on and I knew this was the type of camera I wanted..So dumb me, leaves feedback as I always do..having been a buyer and sometimes seller since 1998...now an open dispute after I sent numerous emails to this person that I cannot pronounce their name...although stated location was within the United States....Now, I can only open a dispute with PayPal and Square Trade...which I have yet to hear from Square Trade but PayPal is right on the ball with an investigation..Now, the second topic of FINE JEWELRY...Anyone purchasing from an unknown, tried and true seller, please have gold, diamonds, gemstones, whatever..to ensure it is indeed what they are selling it as....again, dumb me purchases a gold torque cuff bracelet, which I adored..6 months later it turned...I just ask all to do your homework on eBay..it's a fine place to buy and my son bought all of his action figures back after all these years.
One more piece of advice...Check feedback to make sure someone has not given feedback to the seller 20 or so times...they sell a few items, then bam, hit you with a big item...multiple feedbacks of 15 to 20 in short period sure tell sign something is in array.
Hope this helps all....Happy Ebaying!
